1. If the VEIP emissions related repairs that Alpine Auto Service, Inc. performs fails to result in passing the VEIP test, then Alpine Auto Service, Inc. will, at its option, perform the additional repairs needed at no charge to you, or refund the full price of the emissions related repairs that did not fix the vehicle
2. The vehicle must have had its VEIP test done within the last 30 days from the day the vehicle is brought to us for repair.
3. The customer must return the vehicle to the State VEIP test facility for retesting within seven days of the date that repairs were completed by Alpine Auto Service, Inc.

If there are multiple services performed on your vehicle, such as brakes or other repairs unrelated to the emissions failure, the refund applies only to the emissions related portion of the repairs. The refund applies only to repairs made to correct the emissions related failure, including parts and labor.
6. All testing, diagnosing, repairs and parts must be performed and supplied by Alpine Auto Service, Inc. If Alpine Auto Service, Inc. diagnoses the cause of the failure, and the repair is done elsewhere, Alpine Auto Service, Inc. will not refund the diagnostic testing charges.
7. All diagnostic monitors must have been run when the vehicle is presented to Alpine Auto Service, Inc. for emissions repairs. Diagnostic Monitors are cleared if someone recently cleared the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC), or if the battery has been recently disconnected or gone dead.
8. Failures resulting after seven days from the completion of repairs by Alpine Auto Service, Inc. (the date shown on the final repair order invoice) will not be eligible for consideration under this special emissions test guarantee.
